Im 21 and this is my first classic car (1980 trans am) I've been workin on it slowly and I think I'm ready to get a paint job especially that spring is around the corner. But most places I go to are giving me really high prices because of some rust and rot on the fender and quater panels. I was told if I got good fenders and quaters the price would drop enough for me to be able to afford the work because then they wouldent have to do much fabrication. I know these panels in good condition can be expensive.
So what I'm asking is if anyone has or knows where I can get these panels for a decent price. Or even if anyone has anything they got for there own project and didnt use.
