Trans fluid type and how many quarts

Everyone knows my car..it's time for a trans fluid change and looking for the type and quarts..will this be fine to use??I love full synthetic product's..

That's a good choice and says 4 quarts but buy 1 more and check level after 4 quarts and fully warmed.

And which filter is recommended?? Wix,power torque,or ac delco??and I have to buy the pan gasket separate because I can't get the one that has the metal.rings on it like OEM which is recommended

Which transmission 3 or 4 speed?
If 4 speed 6 to 7 quarts and Wix.
