I have a 1997 pontiac firebird and the transmission has been rebuilt twice on warranty because of the mechanics. The last time i had it done, the car ran great. One day i was driving and i lost gear, nothing in any gear at all. There was no slippage at all so i dont think its the gears. From under the car i could hear something rattling or sounded like a band or something loose. I dont want to take it back to them dumbasses...any suggestions? costs? possible problems? Thank You.
