Trick to removal of body trim around the windows ??

How do I remove the body trim around the windows? Whats the trick to NOT bending the trim?

And, how do I remove the trim on the door at the bottom of the window seal? I think this trim has the rubber between the door and glass. How do I remove that trim?

Personally I have never attempted that. I do know you need special tools similar to these

Hey j5ball,
i just did it yesterday. it´s really tricky. you need a special tool.
I don´t have this tool, so i made my own. but best worked a sawblade for wood.
you have to go with this sawblades between glass and trim and try to find the trim moldings. if you got them, draw the blades a little bit down and then remove the trim.
I was glad a friend of mine helped me. he handled with the sawblades and i removed the trim.
