i have a '97 trans am with the stock LT1. the car starts fine when cold but after running it will not start.

problem fixed
i got problem fixed. it ended up being the wiring harness to the coolant sensor.

That would be consistent with CTS open. The sensor will read open, and the PCM will interpret that as very hot, and lean it out quite a bit, even for open loop mode.
