Trying to obtain info on starting a project

I have been looking for a possible project car to build. I have looked just about everywhere I can online to find a rolling chassi, or possibly even a rusted out lemans. I am having a terrible time locating one. I’m also wondering if there is any advice anyone that has completed a lemans project can give me, on what to look out for, or really anything about doing a project like this. This will be my first rebuild so anything helps. I am looking for a 67- 72. I’m just trying to get started.

You do realize you will probably sink more money into a rolling chasis or rusted out car than if you had initially spent more for a complete car or in better condition.
