A friend just replaced my rotors/pads on my 2000 Grand Am. How do you get the "Brake" light to go off?

Easiest way?
Take it to your local AutoZone or whichever parts store near you that offers to check the codes from the computer. Their units can reset it as well. Also be sure that it's not from your emergency brake being on...stranger things have happened.
