Hello I have a 94 grand am gt 2 door with a 3.1 v6..I've noticed sence it's been getting really cold here in Michigan that where my upper radiater hose connects at the thermostat neck tends to wanna leak alil bit..not alot to where it's a big concern just enough to get your finger wet or have a couple drops on the driveway..I've changed the hose clamps and still wants to leak just alil..again it's only doing it sence it's been really cold here like 15 or lower..I dont wanna tightening it to where I crack the neck...any suggestions?? Thanks again guy's

Assuming you are using a worm clamp the only other thing you can do is drain the system, remove the hose and clean any dirt or rust off the neck.
It is not uncommon for this to happen in very cold weather.

Yeah I'm using a worm gear clamp..and I'm pretty sure it was clean when I flushed the system in November..so I'm guessing it's just something you gotta deal with lol??

You can try loosening the clamp, twist the hose in a circular manner and tighten the clamp.

I'll keep that in mind..it's been pretty cold here in michigan to really do anything...is it really that common for thing's like this to happen this time of year??

I have seen it mentioned on a Buick forum also within the last couple of weeks.
