V.I.N. question

I replaced the pcm in my 2002 Sunfire and the fuel pump is working and all but won't start. If the V.I.N. numbers do not match will this cause the no start problem. Thx

your local gm dealer can do it, and it is possible that a local shop can do it to but i wouldnt count on it. local gm dealer is ur best bet.
