ok today when i drove my car my steering wheel was hard to turn. in it makes noise from my power steering pump. i keep having Alto of bubbles in it.im trying to see if i need a new pump or what. then i just got my intake gasket fix in january but its some how leaking from some part that is connected to my Radiator in i need my ball joint in a struts. will the ball joint cause my wheel not to turn to.. can someone please help me
