What’s up, I just recently sold a 71 dig block Corvette and grabbed a stock 2002 ws6. So I’m wondering if mods like springs, exhaust, double din, will hurt the value of the car. In the Vette world originality is totally off the hook. Car get to be virtually worthless with mods. Is it the same here??

Just like in the vette world you have different types of buyers. Personally I think a 2002 will not appreciate in your lifetime like a 71 BB vette. Modify it if you want but keep the original parts.

I second that Opinion, you have to remember when you modify a car to your taste, you have to find a buyer that agrees with what you did to the car. In other words you limit your market. I would keep any mods to bolt on if resale value is a concern for you.
