Its a1968 Firebird 400 special edition, not a clone. The car needs a paint job and a little TLC. New additions include: Tires, 400 big block Engine and 400 turbo Transmission with less than 15,000 on both, master cylinder, quarter panels, floor pans, headliner, alternator, voltage regulator, radiator, coil springs, leaf springs, shocks/struts, front and rear bumpers, twin turbo exhaust, carpet, and more. No leaks. Runs fabulous.
I prolly should of added a few more details about the car. It has no obvious rust anywhere at all in the body.. probably some up under the fender wells, but overall it looks solid. It needs paint because the original is faded, but thats about as far as it goes.
It is a daily driver as I see it around the city here all of the time, so I also imagine it is pretty mechanically sound.
Kelly Blue Book doesn't go that far back online. I would need to buy the guide, and don't care to spend 30 bucks for their classic car guide.

??? who knows, $2,000??

not being a clone isnt that big of a deal if the engine, tranny, half the body, etc have been replaced.

how bad is the rest of the condition of the car???
no one on here can give you a realistic number, that being said with so much un-original parts and probably needing alot of work its not a car that I would say is worth alot of money.

You never know... try going on Kelly Blue book and placing it in there ...

go to www.nada.com select the classic cars section and you will find the price
