water in trunk

Ok whats the deal with the small swimmng pool in the spare tire well?I checked to see if she had a spare tire and found at least 2 inches of standing water WTF!Is this a common problem with a 2000 grand am or am i just the lucky ONE?Where would all the water come from and how do you stop it?
 
well you could have a bad seal around the trunk lid or it could be comming from the rear light assemblys
 
with a trusted friend and a water hose and a flashlight, climb in the trunk, close it, and soak the car while looking for the water leak
 
Make sure it is a trusted friend, lol.

Lol..I love it..Great Idea..never would have thought of doing that..but I'd put your friend in the trunk..mainly one that bugs you once in awhile..
