Water Pump replacement 80 Turbo TA

Hi all

Just inquiring if anyone has replaced a water pump for 1980 Turbo TA and if anyone has instructions or video for replacement?

I'm trying to be DIY type of guy and can't seem to find anything on the web in regards to my vehicle.

Any assistance would be helpful..

BTW: I have to replace my alternator as well, so I disconnected the positive battery connector from my battery, then removed the alternator. I purchased a powermaster chrome alternator that was suppose to fit my car, but as luck has it, it didn't. So I'm waiting on my new alternator to arrive.

you always disconntect the ground first and reconnect the ground last.
not sure if the turbo is in the way but usuually you drain the coolant, remove the engine fan, disconnect the hoses connected to the pump, and unbolt the pump
