1998 pontiac 2.4 gran am 4cylinder started running rough . Car drove well untill Late january. Put front and back o2 sensors, new plugs and wires, new fuel pump and filter, new fuel and return lines from tank to left front door. Car will not take opening up throttle . Code po141 says I have some wiring problem on bank1, sensor 2. Should I wire test for 12 volt and a ground? I am new to your group and like to talk about cars. Gratefull for any answers you can provide. Thanks. Bill

this explains the code and it sounds like you either have a bad sensor or a wire harness problem, you would check for high resistance in the circuit.
