what do you prefer? a pontiac g8 or a kia amanti

I would prefer a Kia. Though I wouldn't buy it normally, but I prefer it over ANY IMPORTED Pontiac. When I am buying Pontiac, I am only buying it because it's a domestic, and because it's American. I wouldn't pay for any import who just tacks the name of the American brand that is just ridiculously ugly. I can care less about the power nor drivetrain. NORTH AMERICAN DESIGN AND ASSEMBLY is all I want in a Pontiac. I wouldn't spend my hard earned money on something that is just a re-badge of an import. Simple as that. When I am shopping for an American car, I want an ACTUAL NORTH AMERICAN car, not an import, for I hate imports, and for this G8 doesn't even LOOK like a Pontiac, It even smells like an import inside and out. No Thank You. I would rather get an Amanti and help my native countries economy, though I don't trust neither Hyundai nor Kia's quality.
 
I would have to agree with the above post except I woulden't buy either ... for pretty much the same reasons there are other AMERICAN made cars the would do the Job you may have to look but if we are to ever pull this economy out of it's current slump we need to BUY AMERICAN products ..
