You can figure 15-20% loss through the drivetrain from advertized HP ratings
the HP figures they give out are crankshaft HP with all accessorys installed and operating Or (NET HP), Gross HP was back in the day when they measured the HP at the flywheel with No accessorys installed
the manufactuers Do Not use Wheel Horse Power figures to the general public
as a measure of HP or Torque..
