There is No real answer for that as the car is worth what ever someone will pay for it...
regardless of the title branding it's only worth what the market will stand and what someone is willing to pay ..
but if you want a guide line to go by take $1000-1500 off of the average market value for a car with that mileage ...which in that case makes that car almost worthless If you believe in book value (I Dont)...
some People are scared off by a marked title some arent, if the car is decent and shows No signs of being repaired you may get close to Average Private seller price out of it , but and it's a big but if the car shows any signs of being repaired you are looking at the low end of the scale ..
I have seen cars this year go for anywhere from a couple hundred bucks to around $2500-3000 for decent ones with compareable miles
I buy and sell alot of cars and the market is Soft right now ..
No one is buying and certianly not for top dollar I see quite a few guys that think their "Average" cars are worth $5-6K ...(they aren't in most cases) they are the ones that sit on the lots and in the auto buyer mags for months on end If they sell at all ...
I would say use your best judgement and be realistic about what you need to get out of your car and be prepaired to take a decent offer... Good Luck!
