What is this?

Hi -

I have a 2002 Pontiac Montana.

We discovered it was overheating suddenly (after an oil change), but couldn't figure out why. Then we discovered this part (in the attachment) with a kink. My husband has since fashioned a temporary fix, but we don't trust it to do the job forever.

However, we cannot find this part anywhere. We are visiting the dealer this week to see if they can tell us, but I was wondering if anybody here happened to know.

It's part number 28 in the diagram and appears to be discontinued. You cannt repair it with some heat from maybe a hair drier? Otherwise need a junk yard. Coolant tank pipe.
