What kind of mods would you have to do to a 95' Firebird Formula to make it run 13's

Low 13's maybe mid to high 12's

Shouldn't take more then a good tune , tires, and mabye exhaust, and a good intake (lid)to go a mid to low 13 ..
If it won't run that you may need some engine/trans work
but if everything is in good condition 13s should be easy for an LT1 car..
