what should the fuel pressure be for a 2002 pontiac grand...

...am 2.2? my car when i try and start it doesn't pick up. it makes a ch ch ch noise. i sprayed the 2+2 in the filter and it only goes for a second literally while the stuff is being sprayed. otherwise it puts out. my father thinks sumone put sugar water in the tank. my security light blinks when the key is in the on position. its never blinked before im also wondering if sumone had gotten into my car and put a diff key into the ignition n thats why the security is going off like that. we came to the conclusion that it is not the timing chain. any ideas neone.. im in desperate need.

The fuel pressure should be in the 35-49 PSI range ..
I would think that if the security light is on you may have an electrical issue of some sort, the cylinder that has the chip in it will sometimes lose contact and short causing a No start condition
because it cant read the chip in the key it will turn over but the fuel is disabled ..
a dealer can check it and reset the security system with a scanner or you can try to disconnect the battery for a short period of time and see if it will reset the security system ..(you will need to leave the key on) for ten miniutes after you hook the battery back up to reset the system ..
if it wont clear after that you will need to have it looked at by the dealer..
