The motor is a 2.2. I have the Acdelco Professional spark plugs.

generally with stock coil and stock wires figure .35 thousandths, but you can call the parts store and ask them, they can look it up, also if you plan to do your own work, great, but as a suggestion buy a good repair manual for your car, it is a good investment, and it will save you time and money, it might be a few thousandths either way, but from past experience I know that will work, and not burn up the new plugs. One time I had a dodge charger, and the store would sell me a set of plugs, look up the gap, and then write it on the box. So off I go to stick my new plugs in my 440 magnum. it ran perfect for three thousand miles, then took a poop. I.pulled the plugs, and they center was melted off the electrode, since I only checked one spark plug the previous set, I figured somehow it was way off. so back to the parts store, new set of plugs, meticulously painstakingly with superb precision, I set the second set of plugs to what the parts guy said, a micrometer could not have done a better job, put in the plugs, care full to not bang or touch the electrode, screwed it all together, and it ran perfectly, for three thousand miles, and same problem; I pulled the plugs just fried to the bone. I went back to the shop, and we figured out that someone before me had put an electronic ignition in in place of the old points set up. I set the plugs for a points distributor, which is 25,thousandths, which cooked the plugs, every time.
