right now i got a 305 but i wanna go bigger but i want bigger than a 350 so what should i put in it?

what size engine should i put in my 90 pontiac firebird 5speed?

Swap in a 455 and make it a real Pontiac like it should be. The transmission and rear end probably won't take it but there are plenty of aftermarket pieces to take care of that problem.
If you don't want to go to all the trouble of building up the trans and rear end, you don't have much choice other than keeping it at a 350 or smaller. Sub frame connectors are a good idea no matter what you do though.

The 305 is about all the 5 speed will tolerate. If you upgrade the motor, a transmission upgrade is needed.
