The plugs that will provide the best performance would depend on what modifications you have made to the engine ...
if the car is mostly stock I would stick with the stock type plugs they are made for a wide range of conditions and will give you bet overall performance
by using "gimmicky" plugs you are just wasting your money they really wont provide any better spark or life from the stock GM plugs, they will only fire once per cycle .. That is all a sparkplug does having different tip designs or electrodes has not been proven to be any advantage in a mostly stock engine..
