What would this "Part" be called [Solved][Feel free to delete]

I'm trying to find the right search terms to go about finding a replacement for this pipe.

The tagged picture has the pipe outlined. It is to carry water to the throttle body and includes a bleeder screw. I think it may even carry water past the throttle body but I don't remember, I don't have the vehicle at my home right now.
