What's a good performance chip for a Pontiac Firebird ?

I've been looking around on eBay and I found one chip for 25$ it guarantees 35+ hp. To me I want to know what I'm putting into my car and for that price it seems to good to be true. Does anyone recommends anything for my 1996 Firebird Formula?

well u are right it is to good to be true. True chips are not cheap. These $25 parts mess up your computer. They change settings on the cpu that will mess up your emissions or other sinsors. You wouldn't notice anything with the car for awhile but the long term affects are kinda unknown. If u look at anything around 200 that would be something that i would use, nothing from ebay for 25 though. Hope this is a little bit of help
