Hi I am new to the forum and have been looking for a good project for a while now. There is a 67 firebird at a local auction that has caught my eye. The word project is an understatement for this vehicle but im just curious what kind of value one should have in this condition. They say that they have the front end and hood for it as well. I was going to drive over and check it out sometime this week.

try www.collectorcarmarket.com and than lower the lowest price, a guess would be a few hundred dollars, there is nothing left from what I can tell.

sorry for the double post. I was kind of thinking the same thing. I wouldnt want to pay much for that much car. would be a lengthy project bu tI love the look of these cars

legnthy and extremely expensive since there appears to be only a shell of the car, you would never recoupe what you put into it.

Ya, im just looking for something to tinker around with in my spare time so this may not be right for me but thats why I wanted to ask around here. if you ask the people that have been there and done that then you can figure a lot out before you make a dumb move. This guy does have 3 4th gen cars at this sale too, so I will probably just go and make sure they dont try to give anything away

My guess is if you buy that one, you'll be buying another to use to put it back together. I'd walk on by, they made more.

Well, you get the subframe, body shell, rearend, front cap it may be a way to get in the hobby at a cheap buy in;but remember a complete car is usally cheaper in the long run.If the things like seats, headliner bows, odd and ends, ect are present just boxed up it may be a good deal.If the car has been parted out and dash, seats, odds and ends are missing then unless youu can score a cheap complete car it will cost more in the long run.
