Whats wrong with my pontiac grand am?

I have an 04 Pontiac grand am. and since i had it its been good to me until i hit a deer.. Not much damage done just a cracked bumper and headlight. But now ever sense when i hit the breaks the car makes weird knocking noises sometimes. and sometimes when i go over bumps i can hear the springs from the car bouncing. The car makes alot of noises that don't sound good! uhhh i hate deer! but the main thing is a lot of weird noises happen when i apply the break. what could this be??

nobody can tell without seeing the car. You had an impact and it may have damaged more than you think. Take it to a shop and let them check it out.
