First of all. Does this car have a replacement engine in it? The 99-05 grand ams never came with a 3.1. It was a 3400. Second you checked fuel, but not spark. See if your getting spark to your plugs. If your getting fuel, but not spark it could be many things. Bad Icm maybe?
