Hey people!
I have a big problem! I was doing my front passenger hub assembly and everything was going well until it was time to take the assembly out. I hammered and pulled for a few hours. Then I went and rented a slide hammer. I started going at the slide hammer. The spindle came off but the bearing and mounting housing are still stuck to the car!! How can I get them off??

It's not too clear how you got to this point.
1. Did you remove the large 30mm nut holding the bearing onto the axle?
2. Did you remove the 3 bolts holding the bearing assembly onto the spindle?
3. What did you attach the slide hammer to?
4. what year is the car?
5. what do you mean the spindle came off, are you using the correct name for the part?
6. watch this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZLWWsRp-7UQ

1. Yes
2. Yes
3. I bolted the slide hammer on with the wheel lug nuts.
4. 2003 Sunfire
5. Not sure what you would call it, the part that rotates in the assembly came out without the bearing and housing. Is there anyway to put pictures on here? This is my first post

Yeah I did everything in the video but the bearing and triangle housing is still stuck in there. I'd post a picture but I can't figure it out

you saw where he knocked the axle back out of the bearing assembly and then used a large drift punch and hammer to get the housing out of the spindle assembly?
