Where can I buy a replacement flasher fuse for a 2000 pontiac grand am gt?

it is one piece that attaches to the back of the hazard button. It is a green fuse and auto parts store do not carry them. It is a part that has been recalled but the recall expired and they won't send me a new one.

im still tring to find out if there is a after market option. the dealer wants an arm and a leg so i would say a salvage yard or someone parting out a wrecked one. all local parts stores around me do not carry it. i've been looking for my own car i think it is just the 2000 model that has issues. oh and it is a flasher-fuse in one you are right!
