Where can I find the tcc plug on a pontiac grand am? also any ideas what could

be causing it to? shut down after it shivers, I put engine starter fluid into the intake and it will run for a bit but shut down again. I removed the air filter. I am familiar with cars and I have a mechanic in my house but we are at a loss for what could be wrong with out doing the whole process of elimination, we have replaced the fuel pump and the fuel filter.
 
TCC problem only happens on a 3 speed automatic (THM-125C),and similar to driving a manual transmission car and not disengage the clutch when coming to a full stop.If it is so,disconnect the plug will not fix it,replace the TCC solenoid will do.
