Am.? Do I need any special wrenches. Do I need to pull the fuse on the pump before removal or ground? Is it also under any extreme pressure?

The fuel is Under pressure and it would probably be best left to a service tech, as fuel can spray even after the engine has been off for a time ..the filter is near the fuel tank under the car ..

^^^^^^^^what he said. A 16mm and a 20mm wrench work best.16 on the line nut, 20 on the filter end.
