I am trying to see why my cooling fans are not coming on and my Chilton manual gives me a test procedure to follow. I cannot see where the powertrain control module (pcm) is located. It says it is in the underhood electrical center. It does not seem to be part of the fuse and relay center as far as I can tell. Any help finding it would be appreciated. Thanks.

There is another set of fuses inside the passenger side door near the hinges. That is where the fuse is for the heated mirror, that is how I found it otherwise there is no mention of it.

The pcm is under the intake filter cover. You should notice the large amount of wiring on the right side of the engine bay.
