where is the rest butten for my fuel pump on a 1989 pontiac grand

prix SE 2.8? i would like to know where is a rest button on my car or is there one.for the fuel pump?cause my injectors are not squirting and i dont know why. i put in all good parts like crank sensor,injectors fuel pump fuel filter,fuel pump relay,good fuses to injectors,good spark from coil pack,good ignition module,good fuel pressure.got fuel going to fuel rail,whats makling my injectors not squirt can any one tell me?and like i said im getting fuel to fuel rail but the injectors ant squirting.when i turn the key i can hear the injectors click.but not firing.and when i take the fuses off the electrical panel to see if its blown i put it back on i can hear the injectors click again.when i put back the fuses so whats stoping my injectors from squirting?
 
Sorry, there is no reset button. Ford used to have that, and it has caused lots of confusion. But GM never did. Sorry...

I see you changed the fuel pump. Have you put a pressure gauge on the lines to see if it's up to spec? Can you hear it running? You might just have a bad wire somewhere.
