Which car is better a 1996 camaro or a 1996...

...firebird? I'm planning on buying my first car soon and I cant deside which to get. I want a somewhat musclecar that doesent kill me on gas. I cant afford a older sports car and dont feel like deeling with whatever problems they may offer. I chose these two cars because I love the wya the look and they can burn ruber but also have pretty good gas mileage. Which is better. Or do have another idea for any other sports car from the 90's that would fit into the same range. Not a mustange though. I just dont like the 90's mustanges.

I would go with the 1996 firebird just because they are more in demand for that year verses the camaro. I just like the look of the firebird better. Good luck in buying your first car.

But, I would choose the Camaro.

Am saving for the 2009 Camaro right now.

They are basicly the same car with different body panels..
all being equal whatever looks better to you would be what to choose..
