It will fit but not without some major work ..the pontiac engines were never designed to work with the chassis .. so it would require a bunch of modifications to the exhaust, starter, wireing, and possibly the frame and firewall areas ..
it is by no means a direct swap, you would also need to change the transmission and the pontiac transmissions have no provision for a torque arm ..so there's more fabrication ..
