i have the 2.2 but the ones for the 2.4 are cheaper and they look the exact same
will a short ram intake from a 98 pontiac sunfire 2.4l fit on the 2.2l?

All the listing specifically state 2.4l. I'm sure if it would fit they would be happy to sell more of them. If you need to know the exact difference contact the manufacturer directly such as AEM.
