2000 Pontiac Montana 3.4 liter.
Van will not turn over. When turning key. I hear a electronic relay whine under dash near pedals like battery is dead. Battery is ok plenty of power. When I depress Emergency Brake or turn on headlights the Montana will start normally. Wife says brake light was on while driving, Ebrake is off and headlights are off. Recently had Security problem and replaced the key sensor around the key cylinder. And had to have it reprogrammed with tech 2 at a gm dealer. They also replaced the starter. Was ok after that work was done. I don't believe it is a security problem again.
