Will the motor from my wrecked 2000 go into my 2002?

I had just put a new engine and transmission in my wife's 2000 montana then she totaled it out 4 months later. In my infinite wisdom I purchased a 2002 because she liked the van so much and held on to the totaled one. We ll as you can guess there is now an intake leak and hard shifting tranny problem in the 2002 and I would like to do a motor and trans swap. Both motors look identical however I would like to know what problems I may run into ahead of time.

They should be pretty much a straight swap.
