If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "1995 Trans Am" isn't going to indicate to anybody that you need help. However, "Need help with my 1995 Trans Am" will. Be as descriptive as you can. Please use common sense... Hi,
My name is Greg Wilton from Perth in Australia.
I recently purchased a 1954 Pontiac coupe from Texas which was transported to Australia.
I am customising the car.
I have upgraded the front brakes to disc.
I have removed the straight 8 and am installing a Chev 350 with a turbo 700 auto.
It is a requirement to install collapsible steering so the original has been removed.
I want power steering.
The problem I have here in Australia is finding anything suitable.
If it was a Chev or right hand drive I may have a chance.
Can anyone suggest a power steering system I can use?
Any suggestions would be appreciated
