Window problem pontiac Grand Am GT 02?

My passenger side window on my Grand Am GT fell in last week, you can hear the motor still working, so I think the clips are broke? I am bad with cars. Does this sound correct? Can I go buy the clips somewhere and have my cousin (who is good with cars) put them in? I googled this problem and there seems to be a problem with a lot of other Grand Am's and the windows. Now yesterday, same thing happened to me drivers side window!!
 
Its possible your window just fell off the track and needs to be placed back on. the clips could be broken as well. but more likely the window just fell of the track. gm is notorious for that problem
