I own a 2001 Montana SE. I am trying to adjust the window as it tilts while going back up.....2 problems. #1: How do I take the door panel off? #2: How do I adjust the window?

please let me know when you find out i am ready to work on my 2000 drivers window tilts also and it is all jacked out of shape now. same problem. looks like we have a motor or regulator problem.
