Wiper arm travel

Ok. Another odd problem. My wipers are not in proper closed position. I would say 3-4 degrees from home. And they do not fully extend either. About 3-5 degrees from full travel. I would expect 1 issue but not 2 issues for position? They seem quiet, no clunks or noises while they work. I know my equinox wipers are probably identical and the travel on those seems normal. Pass side kink is rubber blade. I think that blade might be a touch too long.

Can you move either arm by hand?
If so good chance a linkage nut has loosened.

Nope, both arms feel tight. If the arms won’t go home, then would that mean they should swing further? Since they might not be adjusted right? It’s the shorter arc swing that is odd. To me. Won’t go home and won’t go full travel.

The drivers side is 24 inches and the passenger side is 19 inches. Mine has reduced travel for no good reason as well. I always had a plan to cut and weld the arm on the motor a little longer, but I doubt I'll ever get to it.
