...us $150 extra because of Gmos 1? I have very little experience with cars and stereos, but I was hoping to get a new stereo that would support mp3's. They said something along the lines of the chime protection system is integrated in with the radio, and if we would like a new radio, those settings would have to be transferred over to the new radio.
I have searched online and have found out there are Gmos1 stereo adapters which allow the installation of after market stereos. I have seen them as cheap as $85 which is a lot cheaper. Is this all Car Toys would be installing for the $150 they quote? I can not tell if they are bs'ing us or not. Thanks for the help!
