Need help with that this is supposed to go to?

High all I am going through and redoing all vacuum lines as the car idles super high and redoing intake gaskets as I was taking things apart things were not torqued correctly.

But but the air cleaner there is a medal hose that has no end to it and I have no clue where it is supposed to go to can someone help me....

I am trying to get the car to run right as the motor only has 100 miles on it.

where does it go?
are you sure that isnt related to your disconnected heater core, if I remember correctly.

No it doesn't I did find that the heat core is hooked up it is right at the air filter and runs along the firewall about half way to the center of the car and stops with no hoses hooked to it

do you have a factory or Chilton or Hanes shop manual?

By the size of it looks like a Pcv hose or valve cover vent hose, or heater hose attaches on there.

Try blowing air through it....... go in front compartment and see if you see or hear anything.....
Heater pipes run under car on right side of fuel tank in center tunnel...
