1993 trans am lt1

Idles rough,no power wont rev above 3000 rpms,fuel regulater isnt leaking,has 45lbs of fuel pressure! Any ideas????

do you have a check engine light on?
how many miles since plugs were changed?
you checked the air filter?
no disconnected vacuum lines?
how many miles and if high mileage have you done a compression test?

Yes check engine light is on, ive scanned it,no codes.
Its been a long time since plugs have been changed, but its sat in the garage for a long time.
I haven't found any vaccuum leaks,air filter looks good.
Has 60,000. Original miles,put an ac delco distributor in it about 3 yrs ago ran great.
Acts like its starving for fuel,air.
Maybe main computer has gone bad?

I borrowed a scanner from a friend, no i don't know about the paper clip method? ? ?
