Underhood wiring

Hello there,
I have managed to reconnect wiring except a few that I am unable to find image's to the proper location. Also there is no wire on the cruise motor but appears to have a blade. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!!

Yes. I have a service manual with specific year range but there are no photos. While I have wiring diagrams, I'm still struggling.

This helps with addressing the wiring issues. The other two wires I still don't know what they connect to, but may be part of air filtration .

I'll keep searching.
