I have a gage and it is in the green good low pressure side. But the fan is blowing out mediocre cool air . I can’t find anything yet as to a reason ,

Does the output line from the compressor, high side, get very cold, you might even see frost if the humidity is high, as it goes into the evaporator core?

❓I got to find it and test it per your advice. evaporations core is inside one , Small line

No the small high side line does not get cold!

You have narrowed down the problem to an AC issue as opposed to a blend door issue.

You mentioned only low side, do you have a set of real gages or is this part of an auto parts store recharge kit?

So what are the high and low side reading with the compressor running?

I found high pressure port at an easy access spot under the cruze control module . 👍🏻 Here’s what I got
, I too photos of the hot set up for you to see . I get 30 low side and 50 high side

Are you watching the gage high pressure?
The link I gave you stated air temperature doubled + 50. So on a 70 degree day you should read 190 high.

The refill was an auto parts single gage , I did use the gages I had 🤷‍♂️👀I was thinking , what don’t measure you don’t control.

Buy some cans of r134 and use your good gage set

filled it with the can I bought cause wanted to use it up. It not the best way, cause you fill but can’t see high side .
I almost over filled it ,maybe i did.
got 40 on the low side and 240 on the high ,👀
it putting out cold enough air for me to say it’s working pretty good .
thank you so much for coaching me though the steps

The low side large pipe gets cold but the smaller high is hot

So you didnt use your gauge set with a can of r134, you used the quickie charge can from the auto store.
I would say 240 on a 73 degree day is on the high side.

Retested it I got 35 low side ,and I got 200 on high side. I had troubles getting the high to connect do to hard to access , had released some Cause reading are close to spec ,and it still cold out, I’m finish with it thanks again
