Brake Light Switch

I recently upgraded to power disk brakes in my 65 LeMans and I am using the lower hole in the brake pedal for the rod to the PS booster.
The brake light switch isn't long enough to make contact, so I ordered bracket M156TB from Ames.
It says to bolt to the brake pedal arm......I dont see a hole. Does anyone have a picture from the assembly manual?

You state you have two holes in the brake pedal arm. This bracket when installed in the unused hole wont contact the switch?

The bottom hole is for the linkage, the top hole is for the return spring, which is held in place by a pin and a clip.
Maybe I can use the top hole for the bracket, I just have to stand on my head to get it in.

I never knew I needed the switch bracket until I hooked it all up and saw the switch wasn't long enough.
I searched for a longer switch and went onto the Ame's site and found the bracket by sheer luck. I just can't find the assembly diagram.

I discovered there are a whole lot of differences when converting from standard to power brakes.
I didn't try to make is perfect because there were several changes in 1965. I just want to make it work.

I added a power booster to my 66 GTO and I had to drill a hole in the pedal assembly but for what I don't remember.

It's hardened steel and very strong, I have a drill press and very nice bits and still brought it to a machine shop for them to make the hole. I don't even think he charged me but I'm in there a lot. But that was the only thing I remember that was tricky. My brake lights work fine and I didn't change the switch or bracket or anything.

There were lots of changes makes in 64-68. I'll know better once I get the bracket.
